Code of Conduct

Home  >  Support  >  Code of Conduct

At Emergency Cheats UK, we are committed to providing an inclusive and safe environment for all of our members. We value each member of our community and appreciate their passion for emergency services. Without our community, we would not be able to provide the level of service that we do. We trust our members to be respectful and kind to one another and to act in a manner that will help make our community stronger, safer, and more positive.

As a result, our Code of Conduct establishes a set of core guidelines that must be followed by all members automatically upon joining. This is to ensure that everyone abides by the same rules and that the safety and well-being of our community are protected.

Language and Behaviour

Discriminatory language and behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, language or behaviour that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory. All members are expected to use common sense and be respectful towards others. This includes refraining from personal attacks, harassment, and bullying. Political discussions are allowed, but all opinions must be respected and any divisive discussions may be stopped.

Discord Terms of Service (ToS) and Communication

All members are expected to abide by the Discord Terms of Service (ToS). English is the only language to be spoken in Emergency Cheats UK's server. If you have an issue or concern, please use the appropriate sources to report it to the staff; do not engage in backseat moderating and do not contact staff members with issues they cannot assist you with.

Advertising and Content

Advertising without explicit permission from the Executive Board is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, server invites, advertisements, and links to other communities. NSFW or sensitive content is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, and links that feature nudity, sex, hard violence, or other sensitive material. Impersonation of other people, members, or staff is strictly prohibited, especially when impersonation of emergency services occurs.

We strive to keep Emergency Cheats UK a safe and inclusive environment for all members. Violations of our Code of Conduct and server rules will result in disciplinary action. Disciplinary action can include; but are not limited to: mutes, warns, kicks, soft bans, or permanent bans from our servers. The appropriate action will be determined by the severity, impact, and/or frequency of the offence at the discretion of staff. We take violations seriously and will take necessary steps to maintain a positive and safe environment for all members. All members are expected to familiarise themselves with our Code of Conduct and server rules and report any violations they may discover.

We advise members to not share personal or account information with others, and to be cautious of suspicious links. Staff members will never ask for personal information or account details, so members should be wary of anyone who requests such information. If members have any concerns or questions, they can reach out to staff for guidance.

The account holder is responsible for the behaviour of their account, and any actions taken on an account will be their responsibility, regardless of who was operating the account at the time of the violation. To protect our servers, members, and partners, we may remove any content that breaches our Code of Conduct or server rules. We expect all members to be aware of and abide by our Code of Conduct and server rules.
